Having Lunch at Harvey Nichols I have come to realise is a con and I should most probably do my best to have something planned immediately before and after so that I am not dragged into the browsing particularly the shoe department. Last week Bun and I did however find ourselves (yet again) checking out the spanking new stock. I fell in love. A love which was too strong to go unnoticed and leaving my shoes would be too painful. I think about who the owner would be if it were not me? Would they look after them? Give them a show box to sleep in? I admit to doing all these things and treating my clothes like children.
Jimmy Choo's are one of the most well made I have come across, by looking after them correctly I promise they are an investment and can last forever. Started in 1996 by Jimmy Choo and then British VOGUE accessories editor Tamara Mellon, who is now the Chief creative officer. From the first boutique which opened in Knightsbridge in 1996 Jimmy Choo now has a total of 39 stores.
