Ladies that Lunch

Sunday nights send shivers down my spine it's something which has stuck since boarding school, the perfect thing to procrastinate against this weird emotion is my blog. I've had an interesting week, looking at all kinds of different angles of life but as ever creativity will rule. I've visited the Natural History Museums butterfly house, browsed the books at my favorite the V and A, lunched at the cafe (which reaches top scores on all accounts), purchased some sick Missoni trousers and recently paired it up with a headband of net-a-porter, indulged myself in London property, went to a fashion drinks party at designer second hand store The Merchant with my friend Will where we were treated to both Champagne, milk and Cookies. Will's totally got milk!

My hi-light though was on Wednesday when my Mother chaired a 'Ladies Lunch'. The morning was particularly special, I met a lovely Make up artist S who does the likes of Sienna Miller, London Fashion Week and Natalia Vodianova! She treated me to a full make over using a majority of Bobbi Brown and Clinque. I have been diverted from my usual Estee Lauder Mascara to Clinque, also hearing about there new under eyelash extension brush...Im urged to have a splurge in beauty products VERY SOON!

                                           CLINIQUE UNDER LASH EYE LINER.

NATALIA'S AMAZING MAKE UP AT THE MET BALL.

I was looking for something not too over the top as it was a civilized occasion but once she started I found it hard not to stop with the deepening effect, we worked are way onto the Lancome liquid liner (my personal fav). Jack afterwards treated my hair to curlers and a blow dry. If anyone is looking for a good hair dresser I most DEFINITELY recommend Jack not only is he brilliant at what he does....he looks........AMAZING. My best friend Clarissa will also agree on many accounts.

I wore an Asprey dress purchased in 2007 but fails to bore me. Its simple classic and comfortable. The shoes were Dior my birthday present in fact and bring back fond memories of the occasion.

Lovely Sunday evening all.
