Styling by the likes of Rachel Zoe

All people are drawn to a certain style weather it by punk, bohemian, gothic, traditional, burlesque, feminine, grunge.....So many to choose from and see which category you would consider yourself to be. Im such an odd one as I seem to alternate each day but my particular roots feel most comfortable in boho. Loose fitting, white, chunky bangles, humungous sunnies, long flocking locks , etc. 

Im so into the style of Rachel Zoe, Im not exactly sure she is the greatest role model (just from things I've heard) but I dont like to judge before I have met so I imagine her being lovely. Her dress sense is definitely that. She eludes glamour. Her book A to Zoe kept me so entertained this afternoon as I sat in Neville having a blow dry. She covers all the things a general fashion queen needs to know. What to pack for a short weekend, the beauty of teaming something worth $5 and $300, idols, entertaining, makeup must haves.....I LOVE it. 

Zoe works with many top and beautiful woman: Demi Moore, Mischa Barton, Keira Knightley, Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan, Kate Beckinsale, Anne Hathaway (who she dressed incredibly in VALENTINO for the venice film festival) I LOVE ANNE, Cameron Diaz, Jenifer Garner. How amazing would it be to work with such accomplished woman? Gosh thinking about it, dressing someone for the Oscars would be a dream come true. 

What I find interesting and only actually learned today is she didn't have any formal fashion training going freelance, giving her the opportunity to meet and work with some high-profile clients, a rarity nowadays, I feel so intimidated by the average teen who seems equipped with a life of knowledge, I sometimes think Cool your beans kids were only young once. But I understand its a competitive world. 

I wish her all the best with giving birth to her first child a boy!
