Living in London is a blessing, I know the weather can at times be a bore but on a whole there is just so much to excite and entertain. Yesterday evening I ventured to Camden high street a place I only really associated with a popular market and Amy Winehouse. There was a purpose to my trip which slightly unravelled to some other not so intended excitements such as piercing my nose...done by a rather nice lebanese chap who works in 'dark angel'. The evening hi light was undoubtedly arriving at the alchemy centre for yoga, meditation, holistic therapies all for mind body and soul.
Alchemy offers amazing workshops and events such as LOVE FRIDAYS. I'm looking forward most to trying the circle with Nicole Hambro next Sunday... I hear it's incredibly special.
