The beauty of Jo Malone

Its a signature that will always remind me of my mother, lime basil and mandarin. This is not the only smell the master mind Jo Malone has created there is White Jasmine and mint, French Blossom, Vetyver (my fathers staple cologne I have pinched as my scent this month.) It's a well known joy to run a bath, light some candles, stock up on magazines at top it all off with some Jo Malone gorgeous bath oil's...thinking about it makes me squirm with envy, I'm currently sitting in the student living room of my elder brother having just returned from a relatively less glamorous shower....sadly.
Earlier this week my fabulous Laura from the adventures of fluffleberry finn invited me for a personal hand massage at the signature Jo Malone on Sloane Street, here we were treated to a unique and soothing massage choosing our own different scents. The treat included a glass of elderflower and ear gray dark chocolate thins, yum!

It was intresting to have a little look into Jo Malone's past as we were told about how she made her hugely succsesful bussiness. Starting up  by just mixing concossions at home as she worked as a facialist, a client requested a minature bottle of nutmeg and ginger as a gift at a dinner party. From the 100 guests 86 called back requesting their own, the story from here unfolds and Malone managed to open her flagship store in Walton Street.
